Is the lack of a moderator causing any real grief to people in this language pair/direction? I don't really have time to do it, but if it is felt to be strongly needed, I might be willing to do it along with a couple of other people to share the burden.

Imo, things are fine on De-En. Calm, relaxed etc. Don't see the need for any mod(s).

i hadn't even noticed! Maybe it's like taking away roadsigns and traffic lights - people are mostly self-moderating.
