"Gomos de batatas panados com especiarias"
The potatoes are cut in four or more pieces resembling orange segments or sections. Then they are coated and deep-fried. But doesn't it sound strange to call these "Potato Sections"? Potatoes do no have sections! I am about to kill this Chef :-S

Ótimo, Paula, fico feliz por ter ajudado. Eu NUNCA traduzo para o inglês, mas qdo morei na Alemanha comia muito destes potato wedges com alecrim, deliciosos. Até lá são vendidos com esta denominação. :-)
