I forgot to mention that I've increased font size in Windows 10 to 250% or so. This is very likely relevant info for SDL dev

Disabling display scaling Jul 27, 2016

Dear CafeTran Training,

This appears to be a scaling issue with high resolution (DPI) screens.
Please take a look at the following article which i think will help.
