Discussion

MarcoNamor Mar 10, 2013:
board agent for the sale - into italian I have had to translate the same (i mean identical) excerpt of text, into italian language, and i had huge uncertainty.

There was a long discussion on proz and translatorscafe for to italian translators. I know some German and i think i had comfort/confirmation of my version in your interpretations
---
just to be even surer:

do you exclude that there is a a Board's agent ( a person appointed as agent of the board)? (I do)
did you repute that is the Board to be appointed as an agent (with the role to act for the sale), that is the Board will act for the sale of shares?
I did

---

if you can feedback to me in english with questions or answers to confirm my perspective on teh translation of this, it wil be welcome

Many Thanks,

Marco
