subsidised job
Subsidised job -
term from a paper by Nabanita Datta Gupta & Mona Larsen
There are a lot of rules and regulations about who can apply and who is entitled to a 'fleksjob', but in the end it is a tailored job specifically for the individual, on terms agreed with the employer, but subject to other agreements on the labour market.
It may be part time, or it may involve flexible hours, but in principle aims to be full-time employment.
