(38) فمتى استقام ما تقدم، فيضحي كل ما قدم من المدعى عليهم ليس إلا محاولات بائسة وتحريفات في الوقائع ومزاعم باهتة للتنصل من صلتهم أو صفتهم أو مسؤوليتهم، بغية الخلط وإدخال اللبس المحكمة الموقرة للتضليل و ولفرط أوصال الدعوى، وهو مرفوض جملةً وتفصيلا، كما ويخالف الثابت في الأوراق وإقراراتهم القضائية، كما يفتقر للأساس القانوني القويم ، ونُحيل في مزيد البيان إلى ما سلف تقديمه وثبت في الأوراق، منعًا من التكرار، إذ ما قدموه مجرد جدل مكرر، خليق بالرفض.
