English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT

Each of the parties waives any right to a qualified joint and survivor annuity and other forms of benefit under any qualified plan in which the other now holds an interest or may hold an interest during the marriage. Each party consents to the other’s current and future designation of beneficiaries other than his or her spouse under any of such plans (and to any and/or modification of such designations). At the request of the other, each party agrees that he or she will execute any waivers subsequent to the marriage, when they shall have achieved the status of “spouse,” as required under ERISA, using the forms required by the plan administrators of the plans.
