: yes, that covers it. From outpatient departments to health clinics, community care centres, nursing homes etc. where people can get info. The fact it's a "health company" probably means they offer information in private rather than public settings

Discussion
It could mean situations in which to e.g. assess or treat patients' behavioural issues — e.g. perhaps things like role-playing, or maybe even support groups, that kind of thing. At any rate, a 'setting' would usually be a place or situation that is favourable for a certain activity etc. — the meaning here is probably more on the figurative side than totally literal.
