Not much context, I'm afraid. The posted term appears at the bottom of a growth chart indicating typical growth patterns of infants brom birth to 6 years of age. "FRI-YSO" appears at the bottom lower left of the graphic, while NCHS (National Center for Health Statistics) appears at bottom lower left of the graphic.
The term seems to refer to two different multinational health organizations (or possibly just one). But I have not been able to find the expansion of the acronym(s) using the usual intuitive searches on Google.
Many thanks in advance.

Youth Serving Organization (but just write FRI-YSO)
I found Youth Serving Organization (see, for example, these two links: https://www.cdc.gov/teenpregnancy/projects-initiatives/pdfs/...
and https://tinyurl.com/y443qreb).
For the life of me I could not figure out the FRI part (it must be a YSO, but I couldn't find this particular one).
Anyway, I don't think you should translate the acronym. It refers to the source of the graph, so it should stay "FRI-YSO, NCHS"
and https://tinyurl.com/y443qreb).

Discussion
He encontrado apenas un puñado de referencias que señalan como fuente de distintas gráficas de crecimiento FRI-YSO, NCHS o bien FRI-YSO, INCHS. I have also found this old web page reference, http:/www.cdc.gov/inchs, not active nowadays.
Those seem non-traceable (and maybe wrong?) references of where the charts were originally copied from. Most probably those refer to a written document -rather than to an online resource- and they seem to be old enough to make it even more difficult to actually acknowledge the original source.
It seems reasonable though that FRI-YSO should reference some specific area, service or even a document of the NCHS (instead of a different organization). I wonder also if YSO is a typo for y50 given the context!
I am sorry I am not being of much help anyway!
