I am not sure what this type of document is called exactly, but it tells about geomorphological conditions and technogenics in certain parts of Russia. The content is pretty general, except I can't find an English equivalent for Мезоблок. Would it simply be meso or mezo block?

: The context talks of megablocks subsequently we should infer that here the author is talking about block sizes and not ages. Mesozoic indicates age and is not applicable in this context.
