I am translating an informational packet from a company that does ecological consulting, and they say they give asesoría en la "interposición de recursos de revisión" and "la imposición de juicios de nulidad". What kind of "nullity" would they be talking about?

And could my answerer explain to me because I am muy ingenuo what is this about giving points, and does one want or not want to answer questions that involve points? I kind of thought it was just a forum for mutual help.
