Food Law
Hello,
Any suggestions on the above term appearing in a paper on food law in Spain. "...ya hallamos pronunciamientos sobre la posibilidad de responsabilidad dolosa de quien interviene en eslabones intermedios de la cadena alimentaria". Is this just another way of saying criminal liability?
Thanks in advance

: "mens rea" is a concept in itself and doesn't go with "liability" despite your (dodgy) references

In criminal law, mens rea means "criminal intent." Lo mismo pasa con dolo: "intención delictiva". As for "dodgy," I never thought of the DC Court of Appeals as dodgy. Cheers, Allegro.
