Spanish term

HHIV

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) acronym - patient report
Hello, this patient has been admitted with a subarachnoid heamorrhage and I am not sure what this stands for in the context of reasons for admission "HSA FIV HHIV" - if it's intraventricualr haemorrhage, I'm not sure what the other "H" stands for.
Thanks in advance.

Is it just a plural form - intraventricular haemorrhages?

Hunt and Hess [scale] grade IV

Sorry, I probably should have mentioned this in my previous answer :( Just as the Fisher scale grades the severity of SAH on the basis of scan findings, the Hunt & Hess scale does so on the basis of clinical presentation. I'm quite sure this is what the authors are referring to.
