Abusar No contexto da moda, "você pode abusar" de um determinado estilo de vestiário ou calçado, significa que você pode usar tal estilo com muita frequência, ou porque tal estilo lhe favorece, ou porque está na moda, ou porque é elegante, etc... (as razões variam).

There are lots of options, it's basically a way of saying 'go to town on' or 'go wild with', 'go all out with' or 'don't hold back on'.

Go to town on light, floral dresses... etc.

If you have to keep repeating though like this, I would use 'go for' or 'opt for' or 'team' in some of the cases or 'have fun with'.

agree Evans (X) : I think this is the best approach. Actually looking for one expression for all these different examples is probably frutiless, and it would be better to vary the phrase according to each one rather than expecting "one size to fit all".

It's typical "carioca" (from Rio de Janeiro) fashion terminology. You have to feel it in loco to understand it.

I think you have to use different terms in most of the sentences. "Use" would work in almost all of them, but is somewhat boring and lacks style.

In the U.S. we use "work" all the time in fashion to mean that you wore something with confidence and style, in a playful and sassy tone, i.e. "she worked those boots...", "work that dress...".

However I think you could mix in some of the other answers provided as well.
