Olá. Estou tabalhando na tradução de uns pequenos CVs onde a maioria das pessaos trabalha na área de recuperação de crédito e onde se utiliza esse termo "massificado". Um exemplo:
"Prospecção de clientes, negociação, elaboração de propostas comerciais, relacionamento e manutenção de clientes, elaboração de propostas comerciais, gestão de operação de MASSIFICADO, orientada por indicadores.
No Gloogle encontrei apenas referências a "crédito massificado" e pensei que talvez seja isso. Alguém tem alguma idéia ou já traduziu esse termo? Obrigado

A suggestion. There are a lot of hits for "mass market management" and it would seem that gestão de massificado means managing the process of expanding into the mass market - as opposed to niche markets - such as through use of telesales etc. to target a large number of consumers.

Although the sector may be debt collection, the item appears in a list of general business consulting services. So I am not sure it relates to the credit industry specifically--I think it is just a general business service.
