She has dark hair and light-coloured eyes
Just a way to express this idea. "Moreno(a)" can refer to a dark hair or dark skin, depending on the context.

dark with hazel eyes
I really don't like this - it just is not English...
If eyes are light brown, they are hazel, otherwise my eyes are referred to as "claros" by my friends, and they are blue.
Since the person is morena, you would kind of expect their eyes to be hazel rather than blue, and as for morena, just say 'dark' as brunette only refers to hair.
Take your pick, but I really wouldn't use 'light coloured'

: I know many people in Brazil with dark complexion and green or gray eyes. Because the skin is dark, it doesn't necessarily mean that the eyes should be hazel.

In U.S. English (obviously not the King's English) it is "colored" without the "u".

: Am not at all in agreement with "light coloured eyes", unless Americans say this do they??? But I agree completely that morena might be referring to the complexion rather than just hair, hence my suggestion

Emma, I don't think the term "light colored eyes" is either popular or obscure in U.S. English. If you don't know the color of someone's eyes, but know they are NOT brown, you'd probably say they had "light-colored eyes".

with dark complexion and light eyes
or, if you're sure only the hair is brown, but the skin is light, "brunette with light eyes" or "light-eyed brunette", as someone else has already suggested.
