Esta frase aparece en un contrato de locación de obra en un artículo sobre rescición anticipada. La frase entera dice así:

"Las sumas de dinero mencionadas precedentemente serán pagaderas en forma inmediata a su debida acreditación"

Se refiere a sumas que el contratista deberá abonar al subcontratista en caso de rescición anticipada.

upon confirmation

Substantiation and verification and confirmation are equivalent terms. This is another option to consider, which is may be more commonly used.
