A Non-Terrestrial Network Extension is where a Host Operator (where the Host Operator may be Terrestrial or Non-Terrestrial) extends its network into Non-terrestrial areas e.g. in International Zones and National Zones where they are authorised to do so. The extension is known as the Client Operator and considered a Non-Terrestrial Network Extension or NTNE
