Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Proceeding for distribution of estate - Panama
The above text follows both "Nombre de solicitante" and "Nombre de causante" in a proceeding for the distribution of the estate of decedent in a Panamanian Circuit Court.

"JCC" could stand for "Juzgado en lo Civil y Comercial" but, given that the proceding in question took place in a circuit court, this seems unlikely (and in any case would leave the "(s)" unexplained.

surely getting off the track Circuito civil would be the same as County Court to me (in the UK). The brackets around the 's' could also be a mistake... Supposed to be a forward slash, indicating a plural?

JCC could be Juez/Juzgado de Circuito Civil, but then why would it appear after the parties' names? I'm not sure about the (s).

JCC, English perhaps? Looks like it could be a mistake, I've come across CCJ - County Court Judgment..
