So far I'm not quite understanding the middle portion of this sentence and would appreciate some help! Is there something missing?

Is it in rats "receiving" intradermal injections at 2-week intervals?
My attempt:
The six-month non-clinical toxicology data in rats receiving intradermal injections at two-week intervals reveal, in particular, granulomatous inflammation in the lungs and liver, non-reversible at one month.
