Ms. Cretu graduated the Executive Master of Business Administration program
of the Washington University (Seattle, USA). She holds a Master’s degree in
Aircraft Engineering (Bucharest, Romania), attended courses in change
management and corporate restructuring with London School of Business and graduated
Six Sigma Black Belt courses in Austria. She is certified coach, teacher,
speaker and founding partner of John Maxwell Team. Ms. Cretu’s strength lies mainly in correlating general business
strategies with operational capabilities and creating focused and applicable
implementation programs. Throughout her career she successfully managed
operational, organizational and cultural change programs in a variety of
organizations always observing the specific corporate values and features
within time and resources constraints. Ms. Cretu’s main areas of expertise
include change management, project management, operations management, strategic
management, people management and development (coaching, training, mentoring,
and facilitation). In her endeavours, she relies on her versatile background and
cross-functional experience. A pioneer
in setting up and running complex project management activities, she has helped
several major organisations deliver results beyond expectation, both in terms
