I am dynamic,
compromise-oriented and result-focused lawyer with special focus on the rights
of refugee, children, women, gender equality and constitutionalism. Currently, UNV
engaged with UNHCR on ETM project in Niamey, Niger. I served as a High Court
Judge and senior law lecturer and legal consultant researcher. I have been
dedicated as a human rights defender, counselor, independent researcher, Civil
Society Activist, refugee and immigration lawyer, protection officer, project
coordinator, project manager. I published three books on customary versus
modern laws on gender equality, rights of women and children. I have verifiable
record of achievement of more than 13 years senior lecturing in law,
contributed in producing more than 300 LLB graduates, TOT on Human Rights and
Constitutional Developments, trainer of lower court judges, support staff of
judiciary and staff of Ministry of Justice, trainer of case flow management,
engaged in interventions pertaining to protection and promotion of human
rights, rights of refugees, children and women, IDPs and persons in difficult
circumstances, such as juvenile delinquents, disabled, street children and
victims of SGBVs. My main specialization has been on the rights of children,

and reporting. I have been rendering voluntary free of charge legal service,
program coordination and management to local organizations of hearing and
vision impairment, youth and women associations and prison administration. I
have been serving as the Chairperson of Voice of Refugees (VOR), Non-Profit
Organization and Secretary to Refugee Led Network Organization (RELON) duly
established in Kampala, Uganda.I have demonstrated
expertise in project coordination, design, implementation, management and
budget management, as well as proven experience in needs analysis and
monitoring and evaluation. I am fluent in English and Arabic languages.
Excellent skill of typing, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
Excel, power point and Internet as well as other office materials.
