В соответствии с приведённым выше Программным заявлением к обеспечению охраны труда, техники безопасности и охраны окружающей среды выделены следующие задачи:
Полностью избежать травматизма при реализации Проекта. Цель - ни одного несчастного случая с потерей рабочего времени.
Обеспечить компетентность всех работников, занятых на Проекте, в той степени, в какой это необходимо для выполнения поставленных перед ними задач безопасным образом, поддерживая выполнение этой задачи постоянным обучением технике безопасности, целесообразными мерами по технике безопасности, инструктажами и надзором.
Обеспечить доступ всех работников, занятых на Проекте, к удовлетворительным оздоровительно-бытовым сооружениям, с поддержкой этой задачи отсевом рабочих на стадии их приёма на работу, достаточным управлением жилыми и бытовыми сооружениями посёлка и условиями труда.
Обеспечить соблюдение соответствующих российских нормативных требований и требований, вытекающих из ТЭОС и (или) Оценки воздействий на окружающую среду (ОВОС) в состоянии условного их согласования.
Выработать позитивное отношение к вопросам охраны труда, техники безопасности и охраны окружающей среды и их осознание на всех уровнях организационной структуры на строительной площадке, а также повысить общий уровень знаний по вопросам охраны труда, техники безопасности и охраны окружающей среды.
Выполнять все производственные операции, связанные с производством строительно-монтажных и пуско-наладочных работ, учитывая при этом в первую очередь охрану труда, безопасность персонала и воздействие на окружающую среду.
Завершить работы на строительном участке без причинения какого-либо существенного имущественного ущерба капитальному оборудованию или временным сооружениям.
Внедрить иерархическую структуру собраний с обменом мнениями и информацией, которая обеспечила бы возможность поднять и обсудить вопросы по ОТ, ТБ и ООС на всех уровнях организационной структуры.

In accordance with the Policy Statement for Health, Safety and Environmental Management Protection given above, the following tasks have been assigned:
To prevent injuries completely while implementing the Project. The aim is to have no accidents with lost working hours.
To ensure competence of all workers involved in the Project to the extent that is necessary to carry out the tasks set before them in a safe manner supporting the task execution by continuous safety training, reasonable safety measures, education and enforcement.
To ensure access of all workers involved in the Project to the satisfactory recreational and social facilities supporting the task execution by nominees’ attrition at the stage of their employment, by adequate management of residential and domestic buildings and working conditions.
To ensure compliance with the respective Russian regulations and requirements arising from TEOC and (or) Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) in the state of their conditional approval.
To develop positive attitude towards health, safety and environmental protection and their awareness at all levels of the organizational structure at the construction site, as well as to raise overall health, safety and environmental protection awareness.
To perform all production activities related to execution of construction, mounting and commissioning works primarily taking into account health, personnel safety and environmental impact.
To complete works at the construction site without causing any significant property damage to the capital equipment or temporary facilities.
To implement the hierarchical structure of meetings to exchange ideas and information thus enabling raising and discussing health, safety and environmental protection issues at all levels of the organizational structure.

Source text - English Press Freedom: A Challenge Millions Are Eager to Take
Journalists and distributors of The Voice, a Rangoon newspaper, rush every issue to the public now that the reform-minded government of Burma has eased restrictions that inhibited press freedom for many years. That trend is one of the highlights for World Press Freedom Day May 3.
UNESCO sponsors the 20th annual press freedom event, celebrated by journalists and democracy advocates worldwide. 2012 was "a very difficult year for traditional media," according to the Country Reports on Human Rights Practices issued by the U.S. Department of State in April. More than 230 journalists are jailed worldwide because of their reporting, according to the Committee to Protect Journalists, a record-high number. The International Press Institute (IPI) counted 133 journalists killed in the line of duty or in punishment for their reporting in 2012, the highest number of deaths in the trade since IPI began counting in 1997.
Despite the risks, millions of people continue to join social media to become citizen journalists, organizing public demonstrations, calling for accountability or crusading for tolerance and justice.

После того, как правительство Бирмы, будучи сторонником реформ, ослабило ограничения, которые вот уже многие годы сдерживали свободу прессы, журналисты и распространители янгонского издания The Voice стали придавать огласке каждую проблему. Такая тенденция стала одной из ключевых тем «Всемирного дня свободной печати», состоявшегося 3 мая.
ЮНЕСКО выступила спонсором 20-ой ежегодной конференции, посвященной свободе прессы, в которой принимают участие журналисты и сторонники демократии со всего мира. Согласно апрельскому «Правовому докладу по вопросам правозащитной деятельности», составленному министерством иностранных дел США, 2012 год был «очень сложным для традиционных средств массовой информации». Более 230 журналистов по всему миру заключены под стражу за предоставленные ими репортажи, что является рекордно высоким показателем согласно данным Комитета защиты журналистов. По данным Международного института печати (МИП), в 2012 году 133 журналиста были убиты при исполнении служебных обязанностей или понесли наказание за свою журналистскую деятельность, что является самым высоким показателем смертности среди людей данной профессии, за период с 1997 года, когда МИП начал проводить статистический анализ.
Несмотря на риск, миллионы людей продолжают проникать в социальные медиа для того, чтобы вступить в ряды гражданских журналистов с целью организации манифестаций, призывающих к ответственности и борьбе за терпимость и справедливость.
