Source text - German Engere Zusammenarbeit gemäß Art. K.7 EUV / Maastricht
Als eine Art Vorläuferregelung der verstärkten Zusammenarbeit ermöglichte Art. K.7 EUV / Maastricht, dessen wichtigster Anwendungsfall die Schengen-Kooperation war, die engere Zusammenarbeit von Mitgliedstaaten außerhalb der Strukturen der Dritten Säule aber innerhalb der durch Art. K.1 EUV / Maastricht bestimmten Bereiche. Die Vorschriften des Titels V1 EUV – Maastricht fanden daher auf die nach Art. K.7 EUV – Maastricht ermöglichte Zusammenarbeit keine Anwendung, mithin war keine Einbindung der flexiblen Integration in den einheitlichen institutionellen Rahmen und damit keine unmittelbare Sicherung von Kohärenz und Kontinuität vorgesehen. Allerdings durfte sie den Zielen der Europäischen Union gemäß Art. K.V. i.V.m. Art. B EUV / Maastricht nicht zuwiderlaufen, mußte mit bereits vereinbaren Entschlüssen inhaltlich vereinbar sein, durfte die Zusammenarbeit aller Mitgliedstaaten nicht behindern und sollte gegenüber einer Zusammenarbeit aller Mitgliedstaaten nachrangig sein. Bei der Ausfüllung dieser unbestimmten Rechtsbegriffe bestand freilich ein weiter Beurteilungsspielraum der Mitgliedsstaaten.
Translation - Greek 1. Στενότερη συνεργασία σύμφωνα με το άρθρο Κ.7 ΣυνθΕΕ /Μάαστριχτ
Το άρθρο Κ.7 ΣυνθΕΕ/ Μάαστριχτ, ως ένα είδος ρύθμιση-πρόδρομος της ενισχυμένης συνεργασίας, σημαντικότερη περίπτωση εφαρμογής του οποίου υπήρξε η συνεργασία Σένγκεν, έκανε δυνατή τη στενότερη συνεργασία των κρατών μέλη εκτός των δομών του τρίτου πυλώνα, αλλά εντός των τομέων που ορίστηκαν από το άρθρο Κ.1 ΣυνθΕΕ / Μάαστριχτ. Γι’ αυτό το λόγο οι διατάξεις του τίτλου VI ΣυνθΕΕ / Μάαστριχτ δεν εφαρμόστηκαν στη συνεργασία που καθιστούσε δυνατή το άρθρο Κ.7 ΣυνθΕΕ / Μάαστριχτ, επομένως δεν προβλεπόταν συμμετοχή της ευέλικτης ολοκλήρωσης στο ενιαίο θεσμικό πλαίσιο και, συνεπώς, καμία άμεση εξασφάλιση της συνοχής και της συνέχειας. Ωστόσο, δεν έπρεπε να εναντιώνεται στους στόχους της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης σύμφωνα με το άρθρο Κ.1 σε σύγκριση με το άρθρο Β ΣυνθΕΕ / Μάαστριχτ, έπρεπε να συμφωνεί ως προς το περιεχόμενο με ήδη συμφωνημένες αποφάσεις, δεν έπρεπε να παρακωλύει τη συνεργασία όλων των κρατών μέλη και έπρεπε να έχει δευτερεύοντα θέση σχετικά με τη συνεργασία όλων των κρατών μέλη. Βέβαια, η εκπλήρωση αυτών των αόριστων νομικών εννοιών έδινε ένα ευρύ περιθώριο εκτίμησης στα κράτη μέλη.

My mother tongues are German and Greek and I'm specialized in translating political, financial and judicial texts in these languages (MA). I have a BA-degree in German language and literature and initially i started translating on a freelance basis. I've worked for a variety of translation agencies (also as a full time employee) and during the course of this i translated a large variety of texts ranging from medical and technical to literature from and into German, Greek and English. I had a freelance contract with the German MediaMarkt-group and translated SAP and technical texts for them. I absolved a six-months-lasting traineeship at the Greek Translation Division Of The European Parliament in Luxembourg. I charge 0,13€/word for demanding texts and 0,10€/word for simple texts.
