Wolf trap
I found an explanation about "Lobera" being a wolf trap used in Spain in the past to capture and kill wolves. This practice has been abolished.
I don't know of any slang meaning.
If you gave more context, maybe we could find an explation.

Wolf family
My suggestion is that wolves go hunting in a group and mainly at night. The pun here probably goes for a group of guys who go out at night to seek out girls for relationship or sex.

tacky
I don't know much about Mexican slang, but it sounds as it if meant "tacky" or something along those lines.
