Source text - English Central line associated bloodstream infections remain a major problem in neonatal and pediatric critical care units. Recent efforts have focused on improvement in materials as well as in techniques for cataneous antisepsis and catheter site care. Growing interest and attention to preventing HAI has also initiated much needed funding for collaborative research aimed at better defining the problem and at further improving technology and strategies for central line care. To date, the most effective strategy remains the use of evidence-based central line bundles which have been shown to have substantial impacts on CLABSI rates and their associated morbidity and mortality as well as costs to the healthcare system.

교육적 오락물은 지난 40여 년간 전 세계에서 사회적 변화를 이끌어내는 주요한 도구로써 인식되었다(Greenberg, Salmon, Petal, Beck & Cole, 2004). 교육적 오락물은 기존 전통적인 미디어(TV, 라디오, 인쇄물 등)와 기존 장르(드라마, 게임 쇼 등)에 친사회적이고 교육적인 메시지를 의도적으로 포함시키는 것이다. 그 결과 청중의 지식을 증가시키고, 호의적인 태도를 형성하며 행동의 변화를 이끌어내기 위한 것이다(Singhal & Rogers, 1999). 조금 다르게 말하자면, 교육적 오락물은 교육적인 주제에 대한 청중의 지식을 높여주고 태도에 영향을 주기 위해 인기 있는 오락적 포맷에 설득적이고 교육적인 메시지를 포함하는 것(Church & Geller, 1989; Singhal, Rogers & Brown, 1993)이라고도 할 수 있는데 궁극적으로, 교육적 오락물의 목적은 사회적 변화에 직접적으로 기여하는 것이다(Chadwick, 1998).

1. Research Questions and Purpose of the Study
Entertainment-education has been recognized as a major tool for social changes throughout the world for the past 40 years (Greenberg, Salmon, Petal, Beck & Cole, 2004). Entertainment-education deliberately includes prosocial and educational messages in existing traditional media (TV, Radio, print etc) and existing genre (soap opera, game show etc). As a result, it increases audience members' knowledge, creates favorable attitudes, and changes their behavior (Singhal & Rogers, 1999). In other words, entertainment-education includes persuasive and educational messages in popular entertaining formats to increase audience members' knowledge about educational issues and affect their attitudes (Church & Geller, 1989; Singhal, Rogers & Brown, 1993). Ultimately, the purpose of entertainment-education is to contribute to directed social changes (Chadwick, 1998).
