This is the part of the hospital where the rehab (rehabilitation) goes on, which is what I'm assuming you're referring to, rather than just one room (referred to as "rooms") within that clinic/unit.

You could also, if you really wanted to, use Rehabilitation Department.

Rehabilitation is usually conducted in a larger area than a 'room' in a hospital, hence my suggestion of Unit/Clinic. Though as I can't see the next part of the text, I can't give a 5 score on being sure. :)
