Whether talking about the age of fish or children, the commonest form is 'aged two-plus', but it is not wrong to use 'aged two-years plus' (thereby taking account of 'letni'
Either form can be found in many English publications, including those of newspapers, local authorities etc. I have included a couple of links below.
