ぶらぶら - left hanging/dangling

Could it be ぶらぶら? Meaning the forum is idle or inactive?

agree livsomms : This seems the most logical use of it for a forum, where members can indeed be "idle."

1) to stroll around, wonder around
2) a thing that is dangling or swinging to and fro
3) to have no job, not working
Hope this helps.

agree Kazuhiro Kondo : プラプラ and ブラブラ seems to have about the same meaning. These Japanese onomatopoeic expressions are so hard to translate.
