the following items have been sent to

This is from an email I received from Amazon.co.uk yesterday. Their style is fairly informal: 'We thought you would like to know that the following items have been sent to:'

Here's one from dabs.com, 'We're pleased to confirm that we despatched the following item(s) from your order noted above on Friday 4 February 2005.'

These aren't the only ways to say it, but it seems useful to give some real examples.

A more formal supplier might write: 'We are writing to inform you that the following items have been shipped to...'
