German term

Wesensmove

German to English Social Sciences Psychology energetics
This comes from a conference for energetics (Energetik), if I've gotten that much correct.

'Wesensmove' comes without much context; it's the title of a session offered during the conference without any other explanation. I am finding few leads on this so thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Thank you! Both of these are helpful discussion entries and thanks to Peter, too. These ideas are along the lines of the rest of the translation.

unweigerlich zu seinem Wesensmove und macht, was einem gut tut."

3 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks to everyone! I think all of these answers get at a similar idea but ultimately I went with Wendy's because I liked her wording most. Thanks for all the entries!"

Move towards essence/being

"Move" seems to me to be a loan word.

fundamental shift

Without too much context I can't say for sure, but the Wesen of something can be its fundamental nature, and then add a trendy English word and you've got jargon.
Example sentence:

In recent years there has been a fundamental shift in the nature of telecommunications.

I'm assuming that the term "Wesensmove" is similar to "Wesenveränderung", but a shift as opposed to a change.
