Le document comporte souvent "the Holder of this lot". J'imagine que "lot" fait référence à lot de travaux (high vacuum works). Mais, en français, qu'elle est le terme adéquate dans le secteur du bâtiment ? titutaire ? détenteur ? Merci,

The company holding this batch organises, in the presence of the Project Management, an official visit of the installations for the operator or operators in charge of the technical installations designated by the General Contractor (or, in its absence, the Contracting Authority itself).

The company shall provide the Project Management with the computer file of the completed model.
File Of The Subsequent Interventions On The Executed Works
DIUO is established by the SPS coordinator.
This lot provides all the necessary elements requested by the SPS coordinator.
The Holder of this lot provides, at least:
The maintenance requirements of the equipment elements implemented.
The warranty conditions of the manufacturers attached to its equipment.
Note :
All documents submitted must be in ENGLISH.

The Holder of this lot must train future users how to use the installations and equipment implemented by the same.
The Holder shall provide the user with instructions for operation and maintenance of all equipment in the form of a written document attached to the File of Completed Works (DOE).
