agree Charlie Bavington : this is certainly what we laymen call it; I couldn't say what the actual operators themselves use when speaking "technically". So might depend on target audience. But generally, yes, landline.

disagree Wayne Sutton (X) : "landline" can be restrictive and is not generally used (in the business) to describe this sort of activity. Fixed-telephony or fixed-line business would be safer.
