Hello All,
this is a about a competitive examination for admission to university, you have to submit your application and then this. This sounds like interviews, or a board reviewing the applications. I wonder if anyone can help me with 'ecrits'.
Les écrits du concours d’entrée se dérouleront les 5 et 6 juin 2008. De plus amples informations sont disponibles sur le site
Many thanks in advance for your help

Selected
written component of the selective admission/entrance exam
Hello,
In English, we usually refer the "écrits" as the written component an examination."
I would put "selective" in there to emphasize that the there is a real competition going on. Some universities are not very selective at all.
I hope this helps.

: I like that you put "competitive" in there. No, in English, we're more apt to say "written part/component", not really "written tests." But you could get away with it, I reckon.
