More tablet level in the Brush Box
Adjust the level sensor & maintain sufficient level.
Feed rate issue
Less tablet level
Vertical Brushes disable.
Apply Vertical Brushes for more efficiency
No tablets in the second compartment of the Brush Box
Adjust the Horizontal Brush level to upside so that some amount of tablets move in the second compartment & it will help better feed rate.
Print Registration control system (Folding type):
“I” Mark Shifting Issue
Unsealed Area slot is not on the right place.
Adjust the slot mechanically by rotating back side drive sprocket.
PRC Auto Setting
Set the “I” mark with reference of unseal slot, Scanner & Blister End cam.
“I” Mark is missing signal from scanner while foil moving
[1]Set the Scanner according to “I” mark path.
So that every time it glows when 'I” mark pass from the Scanner.
Foil incorrect for “I” mark pitch.
Check the foil “I” mark pitch dimension according to BF drawing.
Insufficient fold creates during PRC Correction.
Check the folding air pressure & folding roller to sealing roller slot alignment to get sufficient fold.
Alu Foil piercing on Fold while correction & wrinkle creates near fold
Alignment issue in folding roller & Sealing roller slot
Do a proper alignment of folding roller blade in to sealing roller slot.
Folding Air pressure
Reduce folding air pressure to avoid piercing.
Miscellaneous
Water leakage from the flange shaft blow holes or bearings (rear of machine)
Water seals in the flange shaft damaged
Replace the water seals of the flange shaft assembly.
