-Enter a name for the payment batch. The batch name will appear on reports and has to be unique.

- The pay through date indicates the cut off date for invoices that you want to pay.
- Select the bank account from which you want to pay.
- Select the document. This determines the payment method as well the sequence that will be assigned to the payment batch.

Pay Through Date(definition) = Ending date of the pay cycle. The system compares this date to the scheduled pay date for the voucher payment schedule. If the scheduled pay date is on or before the pay through date, the voucher payment schedule can be paid in the current pay cycle if the schedule meets the other payment selection criteria
