Data similarity advisors preferably include the capability of constructing a transformation, which conforms one or both data attribute allowing them to match the other attribute in the other dataset. These transformations could be formed by an ordered set of simple character manipulation or mathematical conversions of one or more data attributes. For example, a data similarity advisor might apply a transformation to an attribute to convert a social security number with embedded dashes to remove the dashes.

Software patents are highly controversial matter for many reasons. Uncle Sam still earns big bucks with this crap, so we see such absurd texts. You should not search for an established terminology, but for matter-of-factly correct composite terms, i.e. meaning-based equivalents for these truisms.
Here the term "advisor" is IMHO something like "posuzovací (softwarový) modul" and "AI similarity" means something like "míra podobnosti (dat) založená na použití umělé inteligence", so together "posuzovací modul podobnosti dat" with several ellipses (mainly superfluous AI deleted, but use it in the first occurence/definition) to capacitate it for use in grammatical sentences.
