I think you should transliterate it. I couldn't find an equivelent in Arabic. And its transliterated form in Arabic was written as إكستيزي
However, here is its definition:

: I agree with your note that the name should be transliterated, not translated. There are over 1,000 search results for اكستازي، الاكستازي، إكستاسي، اكستيزي etc.
