Discussion

Suzanne Blangsted (X) Sep 19, 2007:
Hold it - I means ORAL drops, not eye drops. It is "afføringsmiddel", and that is not taken in the eye but by mouth.
Suzanne Blangsted (X) Sep 19, 2007:
The registered name for that eye drop medication is Picolon and it is a registered trademark. Typo in the medical records. If you google Picolon (Danish) then you will find it.

[oral] drops

Just guessing:
1. præp.form (tbl.,inj.,occ. osv.) // http://tinyurl.com/yo23fh
2. Picolon. LÆGEMIDDELFORM: Orale dråber

Might be completely wrong though.

occasional (?)

In English, when 'occ.' precedes a prescription, it can mean both 'occasional' (as in take occasionally) or 'eye ointment'. Hope this helps somehow.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Tomasz Sienicki : sure, that's the first result that Google spits out; however the text in question is not in English, so I doubt it's the right answer

neutral Suzanne Blangsted (X) : occ used in medical prescriptions are written as p.r.n. not occasional
