Chinese term

圣洁与龌龊

Chinese to English Art/Literary Linguistics Common Sense
I would like to know the translation of these two terms. The context is as follows:

I read a peer posting in the forum to challenge another peer for an uniformed agreement like this:

The last sentence remind me of a story like this:

So, the words {圣洁与龌龊} are taken from the above story in the context quoted with {}.

Would you please help me translate these two terms?

Thanks in advance.

Don't be shy to answer this simple question. Of course, I could have checked the terms up in a Chinese-English dictionary, but these two terms involve a heavy sense of morality and should be thoroughly thought over. That is why I raise the question.

the holily pure and the evily filthy

Holy and evil both describe a spiritual condition. I use "the" structure to refer to the kind of people.

"Evily" should be "evilly"
