Il s'agit d'une décision de justice.

"En aquell procediment judicial, XXX va exercir ***el dret de lluir i quitar*** en redempció d’una finca cedida a carta de gràcia..."

Après quelques recherches, il semble que le groupe de mots placé en en-tête corresponde en espagnol au "censo al quitar" qui, en français, se dirait "cens rachetable".

Confirmez-vous ? Peut-on donc "exercer le (droit de) cens rachetable" ou existe-t-il une traduction plus appropriée ?
