Il dizionario Collins alla parola "action" traduce il sostantivo, tra l'altro, come "azione legale", "processo", usando la frase "to bring an action against sb" come "intentare causa contro qn". La traduzione sarebbe quindi potuta anche essere, nonostante la costruzione rispetto alla frase source sia diversa, "intentare causa contro terzi".
