Persian (Farsi) term

بر آمدن

Persian (Farsi) to English Art/Literary Idioms / Maxims / Sayings Proverbs
Greetings,

I assume this is a compound verb. I wish to ask the exact meaning as used in the expression
هر چه زود بر آيد، دير نپايد.» اين اشاره

Incidentally, my dictionary translates this as “Soon ripe soon rotten”.

All the best, and many thanks,

Simon
