Dziękuję za podpowiedź. Wybrałem jednak podpowiedź Caryl, bo renovation najlepiej pasuje w kontekście "remont mieszkania", "repair" odnosi się raczej do urządzeń, np. silników.

W zaleznosci na jaki rynek idzie tlumaczenie ( amerykanski czy brytyjski). Moja propozycja bardziej po amerykansku i czesto spotykana.
