As this would follow on from a list of conditions, I'd just go for "given the above". If you wanted to you could also translate the "considerato" for a more literal translation but to my mind it's not necessary here.
I'd also change the order a little:
"Given the above, the members of the ...Partnership declare that.."
or
"Given and considering the above....."
