I know that the definition in Italian is: "Per indice territoriale si intende il volume massimo costruibile espresso in mc/mq. di ST e si determina considerando gli edifici di progetto e quelli esistenti."
I understand the meaning, but I just cannot find an appropriate and technical translation term for "Indice Territoriale".

Io lo lascerei in italiano ed 5n parentesi metterei "territorial index ", i.e. the ratio between the buildigs volume in the territory and the surface of the territory, expressed in m³/m²"
I 6 coefficienti sono moltiplicatori ossia si moltiplicano per ottenere un prodotto finale che si moltiplica per il valore indice di Zona Omogenea e per l’indice urbanistico: zona A-B-C (Indice fondiario mc./mq. o Indice Territoriale mc./mq.) oppure zone D-H-P (Indice di Copertura mq/mq.)
