Dont really hve any useful context for this, its a sub heading in an Oil & Gas user manual.
Prior to this phrase the text had talked about, Flow mode;Gauge/Measurement mode; Failute mode etc, and last facility was "Emitir relatório doComputador de Vazão".
I assume something on the lines of "Issue a Computer Flow report", but in view of the previous functions described, I wonder if it not refering to something a bit more generic, like Computer Production/Pumping report???

Flow Computer

With the lack of context, it´s hard to be sure. But from what you say, and also from consulting the internet, it is probably a dedicated computer that monitors flow, gauges, valves, etc., known as a "Flow Computer". They seem to be common things in oil and gas production (266k Google hits!).

See the link below for an example of one model. If it is a "flow computer", then the report would be a "flow computer report".
