Describing some cell phone problem.
"loudspeaker/earspeaker sound small or have noise after the phone is placed in the water. There is the dust and water protection nets for our phone's loudspeaker and earspeaker. There might be tiny water droplets covering the nets after the phone is taken out from the water. This affects the propagation of sound in the air, which causes the sound become small. In the ordinary environment, the tiny water droplets may evaporate naturally within three hours, then the phone can be used with normal sound performance"
