When a hazard is identified, hazard control shall be implemented using any combination of the following:
-Effective engineering controls.
These include, but are not limited to, the provision of adjustable workstations designed for the specific operation or task being performed to meet the ergonomic requirements of the workforce, automation of problematic manual operations, the provision of tools or other work aids to make the task easier to perform.
-Administrative controls.

Dentro de esta investigación se ha realizado un estudio sobre las acciones prácticas que ayudarían a mejorar la motivación del alumnado universitario hacia el estudio. Esto surge ante la necesidad de trabajar tanto con los componentes cognitivos relacionados con el aprendizaje, como con los componentes motivacionales, para así aumentar el rendimiento y el aprendizaje académico del alumno.

*Background
My experience as a linguist has been developed through years of living and working in Spain, the United States, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. While I am very aware of cultural differences and how to express these through language, this has also improved the precision in my work and interactions. I find simultaneous cross-language communication fascinating, and wondrous challenge as well. I do love interpreting for this reason, and due to the satisfaction of being the bridge between those two languages.
*Interests
I have developed and nourished my education in linguistic services, diversifying it across teaching and communication posts, as well as translating and interpreting. This diversification has only boosted and widened my communicative and multi-cultural skills. Due to this, my professional and personal interests may sometimes overlap, as is the case with theatre or cinema, and the health and mental health fields.
Knowing a field in which I will proceed to work in is a pre-requisite to working on it, which nourishes my natural curiosity for almost any topic. At the same time as I undertake a project, I am professionally benefitting from learning and deepening in a new topic. On the other hand, if I am already acquainted with the subject, I find satisfaction in the mastering of it. I consider myself fortunate in my professional choice: it´s always a win-win situation for me! (and yes, I am an eternal optimist!)
