Hi, I recently signed up for an XTM account, to see if I can build up my translation profession again. I have knowledge of CAT tools from university and worked with XTM before as a translator. Now I am on the project manager side as a freelancer.
Now I have an quality assurance assignment that I would like to do in XTM. The agency sent me an docx-review-file. Basically it is just 4 columns (segment ID, segment status, source segment and target segment). When trying to upload this document in a project, XTM is treating the doc-file as a source file. When trying to upload it as a TM, it says the file doens't have the correct file format.
What am I doing wrong? Or how should I transform the file to carry out the assignment? ▲ Collapse
